Unplug electric heater element leads from circuit board. Plug end of leads directly into 120V AC outlet (unplug fridge power cord and use that outlet)
Run fridge with element overnight and check temps after 24 hrs.
IF freezer temps are NOT down to 0*F and food section temps NOT down to 32*F then cooling unit is bad.
Direct wiring bypasses circuit board & thermostat....force cools
IF temps are down....issue could be with thermistor or circuit board. BUT you will know it is NOT cooling unit blockage
