fridge not staying on (faulty circuit board ?)

I have a Domestic 3-way fridge that will only stay on for a few minutes whether I put it on ac, battery or propane. One of the locals said it should run on propane even if the circuit board has malfun...

So THATS why all these posts say DomeStic instead of Dometic. Spell check changes them. I always thought the OP's were bad readers and spellers:B Doug
