There are some very good paints out there... The best would be baked on enamel but odds are you do not have the hardware to do that.
There are some EPOXY paints that I plan to try on mine.
But other than that I'd go with rust control OTHER than Rust-o-lem Say ACME rust control (Sherman Williams may have that)
or any good automotive grade finsh as well.
The problem with Epoxy paints is that they have a fairly long cure (Drying) time.. For me, this is an issue, since I full time.
