A converter that is putting out what is called "ripple current" can cause the controls on Norcold refrigerators to do what you are experiencing. If the refrigerator works when you are not plugged into shore power and are running on battery power only, I would very strongly suspect that the converter is the culprit. Good luck-- Mick
The trailer itself is plugged into shore power in the garage right now, going to try plugging the fridge into shore power directly and see if that is the case. Thanks
