If it is just the outer cap seeping or leaking around the seal, you can carefully tighten up the screws that hold the sight "glass" in place and also the outer bolts can be tightened up if that gasket is leaking.
If it continues to leak then the gasket/cap can be replaced with new ones.
If the inner wheel seal leaks, as said before, you may have to take it to a shop to have it replaced.
I've installed and replaced the inner seals, but it requires special tools and lifting a heavy hub.
