- jacquespExplorerThank you BFL13. I looked it up. The link is to an Atwood brand, which is not on the Cougar trailer, however I was able to find the brand - which Is Lippert. I was able to locate the specific model for this trailer.
So far, I have not seen a solution with the information provided. Also the leg structure is not open to inspection from the top. It is totally encased in steel. I am not optimistic I can solve the issue other than taking it to the dealer.
Thanks for your assistance. - jacquespExplorer

If your jacks are anything like mine, there's a shear pin in the leg that can let go... But it won't go up or down in this case. - jacquespExplorerOriginal problem started when one leg refused to lift with the other. They are now about 4 inches difference in height.
They both work, however the one leg seems to raise slower than the other.
Someone suggested I use the manual crank to see if I can align them. What do you think? - jacquespExplorer

Do you mean they both still go up and down but now one outer leg (the part that moves using the motor) is slower or faster, or it won't move at all when the left does? - GreytdExplorerChances are either the shear pin is broken or the top gear is stripped or has a broken tooth. You can realign them by removing the bolt in the cross bar and manually rotate one jack or the either other until they are even again. you will need to get the top of the jacks checked out.

- BFL13Explorer IIDo you mean they both still go up and down but now one outer leg (the part that moves using the motor) is slower or faster, or it won't move at all when the left does?
