My solution is don't run out of gas in the fist place. My old Papa taught me years ago it doesn't cost any more to keep the top half of the tank full as it does the bottom half. So when I get to 1/2 on the fuel gauge I fill er up, don't have to carry a gallon of "Emergency" what ever.
