DOT approved, and NFPA approved non-
flammable gasoline derivative. It has the same properties of gasoline, however it is not gasoline and contains no volatile butanes, pentane, hexanes or heptane’s
seems to me its just GAS with the very light 'volatiles' removed
to me that would mean 'lacquer' with something to thin it
but i'm no petro chemist
