Fuel line part leak, 1978 Dodge American Clipper

Hello, I just came back from letting rv sit for 6 months, and this part on the fuel line is busted. Ill attach a video Please help me by telling me what it is, amd how easy it is to fix it... or ji...

Its ok to bypass it you think?

(I did a google search and cant find any part that looks like it)
