Fuel line part leak, 1978 Dodge American Clipper

Hello, I just came back from letting rv sit for 6 months, and this part on the fuel line is busted. Ill attach a video Please help me by telling me what it is, amd how easy it is to fix it... or ji...

UPDATE, FIX:

So I ended up replacing the rubber tubing on the inlet and outlet... worked for sure.
I assume its like a 1978 electroc fuel injector... I cant find it anywhere lol. So i hope it works a while.
