Fuel line part leak, 1978 Dodge American Clipper

Hello, I just came back from letting rv sit for 6 months, and this part on the fuel line is busted. Ill attach a video Please help me by telling me what it is, amd how easy it is to fix it... or ji...

As Mr. Wizard said, degrease the part and send us another photo of it from different angles. I thought maybe a fuel line selector , but only see one line in and one line out.
