Fuel line part leak, 1978 Dodge American Clipper

Hello, I just came back from letting rv sit for 6 months, and this part on the fuel line is busted. Ill attach a video Please help me by telling me what it is, amd how easy it is to fix it... or ji...

Energize the WAYBACK machine...

It is a fuel solenoid. Early motorhomes had park-on-a-hill fuel drainback ithues. Some used a solenoid others a non-return valve. Moral: Avoid San Francisco.
