Fuel line part leak, 1978 Dodge American Clipper

Hello, I just came back from letting rv sit for 6 months, and this part on the fuel line is busted. Ill attach a video Please help me by telling me what it is, amd how easy it is to fix it... or ji...

A 40' diesel pusher descending Lombard Street.

Older mechanical fuel pumps had a built in non return valve. Back when Tyrannosaurs roared, I was fitting Stewart Warner electric pumps to Winnebago's when the standard pumps threw in the towel on steep mountain passes.
