yes furnace is a big power hog and draw varies, figure 8-12 A, and a 220AH battery bank. And discharge to 50-75% DOD for a several hundred cycle life on the batteries. that means somewhere between 100 and 150AH. fridge will draw some as will a few other things on all the time. So, depending on the temps, your number of nights is pretty variable, but somewhere around 8-15 hours of run time. In cold weather that's 1-2 nights.
It takes lots of sun and big solar panels in the north in the winter to provide much charge unless you can tilt the panels. Flat panels in the north in the winter are lucky to give you 50% of the rated output even in bright sun.
But it sounds like your batteries are either no where near fully charged or well past their useful life or a combination of both.
