If so, the inside fan would move air faster also.
The firebox and burner are sealed from interior air on an RV furnace. They have to be or you'd have a Co issue in the camper. If there are 2 blower wheels, both have to do with room air not combustion.
Same applies to your home furnace. Firebox is sealed from room air, always.
