The fan motor is dual shaft...one side has combustion wheel and other side has room air wheel
Faster motor speed......more air flow thru BOTH sides.
Room air--- more air flow could be to fast that heat exchanger does get COLD
Combustion side...more air flow WILL upset the fuel/air ratio and flame may not even ignite. Propane system is only 11"WC (0.4 psi)---to much air/no flame or to little air/no flame
Propane orifice is metered to provide proper fuel flow to MATCH the air flow
Heat Exchanger is designed to transfer heat to room air based on HEAT generated by the MATCHED fuel/air at burner.
NO...a 33% Faster Fan Motor is NOT going to work
IMO this is the best answer except it might work, but not as designed and I would not recommend mucking around with the design parameters especially on the combustion side.
If it's only the bushings and you don't want to get an entire new furnace I would look at having the existing motor rebuilt which I would think any decent motor shop could do.
