Furnace on shore power
Can I use my furnace in my motorhome without having the gas on when its plugged into shore power?

I usually install a toe kick heater, small electric furnace, where ever it is convenient. Works much better than an electric heater taking up floor space and in the way. Also control it with a wall thermostat. Which works much better than the one built in that electric space heater.
