I have a 8900iii series atwood furnace. Can anyone tell me how to replace the relay/delay in this system?

What year?
Prior to 2001......timed delay relay is a stand alone part
After 7/2001....relay & circuit board combined
Remove outside access panel. All components on 8900 Series are accessible via outside access.
WHY do you think relay needs replaced?
Faulty relay:
Fan doesn't come ON
Fan runs continuously with thermostat off
Fan shuts down at same time main flame shuts off
