The trailer stop lights, signal lights, running lights, and electric brakes are completely separated from the trailer interior lights... The only common item is the 12VDC HOT lead that comes from both the trailer battery and the truck start battery.
I am not aware of any fuses physically on the trailer for the trailer wiring that is plugged into the truck 7-way connector.
My 2010 F150 Ford truck I think has fuses for the 7-way connector lines. Check your truck wiring manual for which fuse may be involved.
One quick check you can to see if the problem is with any on the trailer side is to get a short jumper wire and connect between the 7-way plug on the trailer side as shown in this pictorial. This connection requires your trailerr battery to be operational and should light up all of your trailer running lights. Notice the raised area of the 7-way trailer side PLUG to help you identify where PINS 3 and 4 are located.
If your trailer outside running lights light up then the connection is good and something must be wrong on the truck side.

Here is also a wiring diagram for the RV 7-way plug on the trailer side.

There is also a nifty test plug you can purchase from your local auto parts store or order from ETRAILER.COM that you can plug into the truck 7-way connector which will turn on small led lights showing all the trailer lights functions coming from the truck side. I have one of these in my RV TOOL box...

goto ETRAILER.COM for all kinds of info on the RV TRAILER wiring for the 7-WAY connectors and plugs.
