Fuse size pre-inverter

I've looked around and I've deduced that a slower-blow fuse, a Type T, is recommended between the battery bank and the inverter. I have two, group 27 batteries and I'm aimin' to install a 1000 watt inverter with an automatic transfer switch to power a 15 amp circuit in the coach. I'll be ordering a KISAE Model SW1210, which appear to be relativly new. I don't see alot of reviews for them, but the price makes the gamble attractive, of course. I'll be running a laptop or two, a 24" LED TV and maybe a Play Station. I'm thinkin' 1000 watts is overkill, but I'd rather have too much than too little. I considered a 600 watt, but for the price of the 1000 (200 skins), what the heck?
Recommendations for the fuse as well as any other thoughts/opinions are welcome.
