No worries with 29 because it's on a timer. It takes a lot of time at the CORRECT absorbsion voltage to have ANY deleterious effect. I keep screaming how STUPID smart chargers are and your's is a perfect example of why the things are utterly ridiculous. It takes one heck of a hotel load to overwhelm a 34 amp float potential. Even a pushbutton 1-2-3-4 hour timer connected to the AC would be perfect. On float one every 3-4 weeks push the 1-hour button. A top charge. It doesn't get any easier than this. And I would love to see your gells live until a ripe old age. Larry, Curly and Moe chargers ain't where it's at...
