Sure, that's what we've had for decades but this particular one, The SC10 at Walmart for $54 has some reliability problems according to many many online reviews.
We have had nothing on this forum except about how crazy their Schus act. Really weird charging profiles up and down to even 16v at times.
Never had any of that with my trusty Vectors (now B&D )
If I had failed to read up on here first before buying GEL- cell batts that need exactly 14.1v or they will fry, the last thing I would get for them is a Schu anything.
Only choice AFAIK is a variable voltage charger you can set to 14.1v . That would be a PowerMax ADJ or one of those MeanWell or whatever brand chargers some members on here have, who report that they work very well.
