Gel batteries have a very specific charge rate, cannot be allowed to heat up, or it forms gaps in the gel
Besides when you go for batteries any thing in consumer group size to fit the RV is most likely agm
Gel is not common in larger sizes
Gel is old tech from the start of the space program in the 50's
Some are mfg for specific applications
But most have been replaced with agm
