It's a impact-34lp. I've been just turning the propane bottles of and killing it that way, when the switch isn't. I'm pretty mechanical incline, but I'm not very up to par on generators. I do think this is a wiring issue, or sum switch or mechanism not working properly. I'm just not real sure were to start.
