My latest Harbor Freight flier has 2500 peak, 2200 running watt inverter for 399. If I did not have a Champ 2000i, I would give it as try.

I read the reviews there, yesterday. Sounds like it does not put out the power it says, more like 1800/2100, but people pretty happy with it other than that.
