With a set up that large, you could probably mount the genset under the chassis, the way they do with some of those refrigeration units on the road.
Being that you have a "custom" set-up, you'll have to think outside the box, to figure this out?
A few pictures would be great, and help us get an idea of just what you have....and maybe make some suggestions:)
