Getting back to placement of the generator, how would you make a nice covered home for it and yet let it get enough air so it doesn't overheat? Has anyone ever done something similar before?
I like the diesel inverter idea. I just looked the onan 6000 watt unit and it was over 7 grand. I cannot afford that kind of money at this point. thanks for the onan information though!
