Here is a pic of the counter thats currently in . Im looking for a digital replacement and as stated by someone earlier it should be a 12 v? - mcheroExplorerGood point. Did not think about that!
- bobsallyhExplorer III have an Onan Marque Gold 7000 with a remote hour meter in the fiver. Whether digital or old style it is powered by 12 volt off the genny while running. If you want to change to digital, hook it up the same way. If want to put hours on the new meter, simply hook it to a 12 volt supply and let it run until the hours show what you want before wiring it into the Onan.
- mcheroExplorerWhat do you do about zero hours on your meter 'if" you do change to electronic? Can you add the needed hours to get it back to current?
