Generator to run my RV's AC - what do I need?

13.5 AC with a hard start kit and a 2100 powerhouse generator. It runs the AC just fine if everything else is off but I have only done it one time camping and then it was just to see if it would in the Rockies. If it's that hot I shouldn't be camping there anyway so 2100 is fine with me.
