Yes, two in parallel should work, even on Eco mode. There's quite a voltage drop when starting my air in Eco, so non-Eco might work for you, but then they're running full bore and louder.
Yes, the amps and watts are doubled. Two are not loud at all, but definitely louder than running the TV.
