all of this should have been in the first post (very few people post to much info, many post too little, getting all the info is like pulling Hens teeth)
yes you have a generator problem, get it fixed before you burn out something important like an A/C unit, sounds like it running to slow, the frequency is off, its not 60 Hz/cycle, most likely a speed governor adjustment
we also have a 4 lamp incandescent 120v fixture in the dining area plus 120v wall sconces and a 4ft 120v 80w fluorescent fixture in the kitchen
