For assorted reasdons I prefer Yahama to Honda But
No A/C.. 1,000 watts might do it (Yahama EF-1200i) Honda EU-1000i MIGHT but it is not a true 1,000 watt generator (one of the reasons I like Yahama)
If you are burning fuel to make electricity run Fridge and Water heatr on Gas. In fact as much as possible cook with gas (Better cooking anyway).
If you want to run the A/C a Yahama EF-2400i MIGHT, a 3600i LIkely will
A Honda EU-2000 likely will not but two in parallel will.

NOTE: you can get knock off generators for less. But Well... I would really liek to have a Yahama (1200i) for back up on this rig.
