Without A/C, it depends on what coffee maker and MW.
I would rather not run MW on generator, use propane. If you have to run MW, it needs at least 1200W generator. It might say 700W on the box but this is a "cooking power", for housewives, not what it draws. Starting and shutting down generator several times a day for a few minutes MW - neither you nor genny are gonna like it. Get 2-3KW inverter and a decent battery bank, and run your genny once a day for an hour if you don't need A/C on that day.
"Coffee pot" - which one? There are coffee makers that draw 1600W, though the smallest one still draws over 600W. Again, starting your genny on and off several times a day for a few minutes doesn't look good. Can use propane for coffee as well. Or again - inverter.
