No such animal as a Honda 3000EI ... probably is referring to the class leading Honda EU3000iS, but if your Honda EU3000i Handi won't handle the load it's unlikely the EU3000iS would either. Since you've got so much invested in your rig and obviously are looking for the convenience of having power when shore power isn't available I'd have suggested a Honda EU7000iS which would nicely complement your new 50 amp rig but since this new rig is a 5th and not a TT that pretty well eliminates the option of locating a genset this size in the bed of your truck. Otherwise it'd be a great solution for you ... power for pretty well anything you'd want to run, reliably and quietly. :B
