Unless the conditions are extreme the battery should last 80,000 to 120,000 miles.
When this is proven consistently is when electric vehicles will be ready for the masses.
Not just about greenliness. The drive experience IMO is superior.

As for the topic I believe it is fairly well known lithium charges very fast to 80%. And there is not the same need to go 100% like lead-acid. Charge profile is especially good for solar because most or all charging will be at max bulk rate.
