GOLF CART battery BALANCE/EQUALIZEcharge???
bought a new golf cart charger a Lester Summit 2 for a 36 volt cart. Plugged it in today first time and it charged and the proper indicator lights went on and all worked fine.... right now a green lig...

Oh oh. I don't understand that 38.3 at all. Much too low.
It says there is an app you should use for choosing the correct charging profile. I suspect a wrong setting.
The specs for DC output and the manual are very unclear wrt the charging profiles' voltages, but it depends on what your "battery pack" is.
Need to find out the actual voltage "stages" in the auto charging you have selected. Last stage might be a "finish" stage that was mentioned some profiles have.
Be sure you have selected Flooded batts if you do have flooded.
