I use a Magnum 1000W/50A inverter/charger and watch the KAW closely when charging. To estimate charging Amps, I divide the Watts by 20, not 10.
The manual says "7AAC Input current at 50A rated output", which would indicate 840W. 840/50 = 16.8W/A. I should divide by Watts by 16.8, but it is so easy to divide by 20.
Unfortunately, I don't have any DC measurements.
