Got my new (used) batteries!! Now, how do I rejuvenate them?

Ok, i will get good bolts in the ling run, but can i use any old bolts from my tool drawers for the initial charging?

With current obligations, I do not expect to do the electrical build out until winter... or maybe next summer :(. Right now i just want get these batteries into a better state.
