IMO don't pay a nickel to anybody until you have tried what you have right there first. "Perfection is the enemy of good enough."
I would take the two lowest batts and put the PD on them in parallel and see if they can be improved. I would put the two better ones on jumper cables from the engine batt idling for a while to see if that helps them. You are not going to break anything doing that once.
Then see where you got to. If they all end up nearer to being the same resting, then put them all on the PD80 at 14.4 and keep hitting the Charge Wizard to keep them at 14.4 for a good while. Then see where you got to that time.
Keep your money in your wallet for now. Megawatts and Meanwells seem to work but guys here report that they had to modify them with fans wires pot knobs etc.
BTW Mex is the guy who says ignore all that amps limit stuff for AGMs because they will not blow up or else nobody's AGMs would still be working. Very confusing. However, IMO follow the specs as close as you can within reason AFTER you get them up to speed this one time from how they are now.
