Got my new (used) batteries!! Now, how do I rejuvenate them?

1. Is 12.67 when connected close enough, or should I fiddle with it more?

2. How long should I give it for voltage to stabilize when connected? Are we talking a minute, or 20?

3. Will the voltage change while charging? (Is that what happened yesterday, or did I not wait long enough for it to stabilize?) If so, how often should I check? And does it change more rapidly at beginning or end of charging?

4. Where did I put my temp gun when I unpacked the van? ;)

5. And how are you doing?!?
