when a battery is low, there will always be voltage slump when connected

let it charge for awhile and watch it rise

there is danger in turning it up to 14.7 when the battery is low and pulling amps

the danger is to the megawatt, Not the battery
crank it up and you might find the battery taking more amps the 30a the mega is designed for, i think Landy did that and let the smoke out
