Big screen is better but still a mental effort (=distraction) to find your location icon and read street names, exit numbers etc. Take note when somebody in front of you is sluggish when making turns, starting off the red light etc - a good chance that he/she will have a Bluetooth on, talking to somebody. It is legal, but reaction time is affected, hence - dangerous. Your brain is only a so-so at multitasking.
you need a bigger smartphone....
