"When they are 0.5% amperage of Ah ratings on the battery, at 14.4v on a surplus acid AGM battery, they are fully charged and ready for float charging, per DEKA"
So that would be down to accepting 1 amp on my 200AH bank. Maybe they count that amp as all going to heat and nothing for the battery.
Anyway, I just jacked the voltage back up to 15.1 (40F ambient) and amps went from 0.1 to 0.5 then fell back to 0.3. I'll give it a while at that and call them Full if amps taper more.
Phil says his get down to zero amps, but that is at Float voltage. Nothing for heat from zero! Beats me. I am an AGM newbie. :)
