It is easier to leave them connected with the truck camper being on shore power from the stick house anyway.
I was thinking though, that low self- discharge for AGMs ought to mean you could leave them on the 7445's 13.7v Float in the cold and not lose much from a lack of temp comp to make the voltage higher.
