Yes the 120v input wires are reversed, which is the OP question. The blue and white wires on the 7345 are the DC output wires.
The new converter is a plug-in type for its 120, so the OP cut off the plug to be able to wire the 120 cord where the 7345 120v wires were. Except now there was also a green wire, which would go to the neg buss I suppose.
The 7300 power centre's ground is common for the 12v and 120v and in fact the whole metal case is "live" as a ground, being grounded to the rig's frame by the big bare copper wire in the 120v 30a input (shore power) cord.
120v things work with the neutral and hot reversed, but where here the neutral goes to a buss one question (some guys on here will know this stuff, I don't) would be over possible GFCI issues.
