Have Lots Of Confusion On My Batteries and Voltage

Hi,

What was the rational for mixing 6 and 12 volt jars?

Are the twelve volts wired in a balanced manner?

How long did you charge the battery banks?

340/2 = 170 /7 ~= 24 hours, but that doesn't allow for losses as the voltage drops.

How are you recharging? What solar controller are you using? Is it temperature compensated?
