Keeping the heat OUT is the way to cool a RV.
THe most effective things you can do is;
1. Park in the shade if possible.
2. Pick up some Reflectix at the home depot and put it in all the windows. This works wonders. You won't believe it till you try it.
3. Put solar shades on the 'outside' of the windows.
The Reflectix is easiest. will do a great job and should bring the temp down into a comfortable range. I'm sure some others will chime in about it also,
