Doesn't seem like it's the input side. You have parallel wires for the neutrals and ground, not normal but should be OK.

What does this mean? You combined the hots? You combined the neutrals? Why did you combine the grounds? Neither output should be combined other than what he inverter/transfer switch does. Nor should any of the 3 wires be connected to any thing else in the rig - not the ground, nor the neutral or the hot other than whats on that circuit. Bonding of the ground and neutral for each circuit is done in the inverter when inverting and not otherwise.
What kind of charger/inverter? Magnum?
