Go for it! Since you're going to be pulling HDMI cable, you might also think about pulling other wiring as well.
I did a complete
AV system upgrade & re-wire in my Class A and installed a DISH Hopper.
You might want to take a look at a DirecTV Genie as both the Genie & Hopper can use existing coach coax to transmit HD programming.
