This is a weird problem in that removing the generator should have nothing to do with this. It's possible that the generator work is a coincidence. Are your 110v appliances and power outlets working? If so I would check the fuses at the breaker panel and see if any are blown. It's possible also that the charging part of the converter/charger went bad and is no longer charging the batteries.
Does the RV have a switch to draw off the house batteries to help start the engine? If so is that switch in the correct position to isolate the different batteries?
